Enrollment as a Resident of Lenox.
Enrollment of a new student at Lenox Memorial Middle & High School (LMMHS) takes place at the school office, 197 East Street, Lenox, MA 01241. School phone no: (413) 637-5560. Contacting the LMMHS office before appearing at school to enroll your child will enable the school to send you an enrollment packet, and it will enable you to gather materials you will need to enroll your child if you are claiming the right of a Lenox resident to send her/his child to LMMHS. Necessary documents include: proof of Lenox residency if you are claiming the right of a resident to enroll your child, duly authenticated vaccination records as required by Massachusetts law and regulation, and previous school records, if any. Other documents may be required, as well.

Enrollment as a School Choice Student.
Enrollment of a new student at Lenox Memorial Middle & High School (LMMHS) takes place at the school office, 197 East Street, Lenox, MA 01241. School phone no: (413) 637-5560. Contacting the LMMHS office before appearing at school to enroll your child will enable the school to send you an enrollment packet, and it will enable you to gather materials you will need to enroll your child if she/he has been accepted under the provisions of the school choice law (MGL c. 76 § 12B). Necessary documents include: a copy of the letter of your child's acceptance by the Lenox Public Schools as a school choice student at LMMHS; duly authenticated vaccination records as required by Massachusetts law and regulation; and previous school records, if any. Other documents may be required, as well.

Enrollment as a Homeless Student, a Child in Foster Care, or A Student Who Has Military Family Status.
Although enrollment of a new student at Lenox Memorial Middle & High School (LMMHS) takes place at the school office, 197 East Street, Lenox, MA 01241, the adult responsible for the care and education of a student who is (a) deemed homeless under the provisions of federal law and Lenox School Committee Policy JFABD, or (b) who is residing in a foster care setting, or (c) who has Military Child Status under the Interstate Compact for Educational Opportunity for Military Children should contact the following person for assistance in enrolling the child in LMMHS.
