Lenox has been invited into the Eligibility Period. This is a 270-day process that starts for us on May 1, 2025. Different districts have different starting dates. We have several deliverables during that time period. The SBC expects to have all of these ready to be sent in in early May even though we have until January 25, 2026. Lenox wishes to move as quickly as possible through this first phase. Even though the SBC anticipates getting the documents in early in the process, our Project Coordinator from the MSBA indicated that we are unlikely to be approved for the next phase (Owner's Project Manager and Feasibility Study) until the October Board Meeting. This pushes the project out six months at the beginning from what we had hoped.

These are the items expected from Lenox during the 270-day Eligibility Period. Since our starting day in the process is May 1 and that coincides with the Lenox Annual Town Meeting (ATM), the SBC plans to ask for the Local Authorization of Funding (OPM and Feasibility Study) at the May 1 ATM.
